Illini Travel to Evanston to play the Northwestern Wildcats
The Illini barely beat the Wildcats in Champaign in overtime to open the big Ten Conference Season. Since then Northwestern has beaten Michigan in Ann Arbor and a very highly ranked Purdue team.
Northwestern is the ONLY team in a major canference which has never been to the NCAA tournament. They have a good chance this year. Losing this game will definitely hurt the chances of either team.
The game begins Saturday at 5:00 pm (san Diego time) and will be shown only on the Big Ten Network.
